AIDICO will develop an Internationalisation Plan during 2009, as part of ongoing actions the Institute has been carrying out, to promote a greater presence of Valencian companies abroad.

The plan focuses on developing new projects, opening up new markets, consolidating existing ones, and improving the offer of business opportunities for our associates on an international scale.

In AIDICO, we are firmly behind Internationalisation as one of the most useful tools for coping with the new challenges arising from a continuously changing market. Globalisation can actually offer us a great opportunity for getting into new markets, although it does also pose a serious threat by increasing the number of competitors.

The only possibility we have to maintain our share of the market, or increase it, is to carry out a process of internationalisation that may open up new business channels by setting up strategic relations with partners and possible clients.

In this way, AIDICO carries out many activities, such as training in foreign business management, the organisation of trips to countries having a business potential, or assessment during the different stages of penetrating and consolidating foreign markets

Thus, from this Institute we train professionals specialised in foreign markets, we take part in trade missions, we organise market research trips, we attend fairs, we meet up with representatives from different multilateral organisations, we promote treaties and/or agreements with other countries, etc
