The main objectives of the Training Department have been to promote and/or contribute to providing Recycling and Development training for Technical and Freelance Professionals employed by companies, as well as recent graduates who are currently unemployed.

Within this strategy offered following services:

LIFE-LONG TRAINING: Aimed at professionals currently employed by companies in the construction sector.
The students receive specialised and innovative training through professional recycling distance courses with a tutor, which use a totally practical approach by means of the latest communication and information technologies.

OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING: Aimed at students with or without a university qualification who wish to gain a professional degree of specialisation enabling them to pursue a career in a company from the construction sector.
These objectives are achieved through long term, class-based courses which aim to professionalise the sector.

TAILOR MADE TRAINING: The aim of tailor made courses is to recycle knowledge of workers from the construction sector by adapting contents to the particular needs of each company in the sector.

POSTGRADUATE TRAINING: Currently, AIDICO offers 3 Masters programmes in collaboration with the Polytechnic of Valencia:

• Master in Fire Technology
• Official Master in Construction Company Management
• International Master in Construction Company Management

B-LEARNING AND NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES: Provide you with our DISTANCE LEARNING TUTORED COURSES (CTDs), online courses tutored by experts and co-ordinated and set into motion by the training dept. These courses enable professionals from the sector to recycle and update their knowledge without the need to travel or stick to schedules, thus helping to boost their level of competitiveness.
